Grid Integrity Scan & BDEW XML Data

- Retention: Files are processed in-memory and designated for immediate deletion post-analysis.
- No Sharing: Data is never shared with TSOs or third parties.
Compliance-Driven Retention (NERC MOD-026-2)
Legal Basis: Performance of a contract and compliance with industry reliability standards (NERC MOD-026-2).
While personal data follows standard GDPR deletion cycles, technical grid models may be retained for up to 180 days at the client's request. This ensures the ability to perform mandatory re-validations within the regulatory window following equipment firmware or control modifications (Requirement R4, effective April 1, 2026).
